Overall Camp Structure


Week-By-Week Focus: Each week targets a different fitness component: strength, speed/agility, power, and endurance.  We encourage effort, progress, and teamwork while keeping the environment positive and fun.

June 16-20

MIGHTY MOVERS

Strength Mission:


Build confidence in strength and fundamental movement patterns using age appropriate weights and exercises, all while fostering a positive, energetic environment

June 23-27

TURBO TITANS

Speed & Agility Mission:

Help kids move faster and more fluidly, focusing on improving quickness, reaction time, and the ability to change directly swiftly.

July 7-11


POWER PACK


Power Mission:


Teach the importance of fast, explosive movements to enhance athletic ability while keeping the energy high and fun.

July 14-18


STAMINA SQUAD


Endurance Mission:


Enhance stamina and help kids develop the ability to sustain longer periods of physical activity for both sports and life.
