CrossFit Kids is the perfect mix of exercise and play for your 4 to 9 year old.  We take all the things kids aready love to do like run, jump, climb and swing and combine them into a thoughfully designed and fun 45 minute workout that will make them look forward to coming to the gym.  Now is the time to postiively reinforce a healthy lifestyle for your child!  Recess and gym for kids just got a massive upgrade! 

 Monday & Friday from 6:30pm - 7:15pm Saturday & Sunday from 10:30am - 11:15am.

NEW PROGRAM ALERT! The Halo Youth Strength & Conditioning (HYSC) program was designed by athletes for athletes.  Perfect for your 8-15 year old athlete, this program will get your child stronger, faster, and more explosive.  They will develop strong foundations and skills that will take their abilities to the next level.  LEVEL UP their training program with HYSC now!

Ages 7-10:  Monday - Thursday 5:10 - 6:10pm

Ages 11-12: Monday - Thursday 6:20 - 7:20pm

Ages 13-15: Monday - Thursday 7:30 - 8:30pm
