Don't take my word for it, take my 13-year old son's. After his hour session w/ Jason he came out and said "I got more out of that 60 minute workout than a week of lacrosse practice...Dad, I want to go back!" Jason was great, my son is happy and the price is right for my wallet. Thank you to my friend Jack for the referral!

CONGRATULATIONS!
Exciting news for these athletes who all happen to be in our Halo Youth Strength & Conditioning program!
“The Valor 11G Gold team is heading to Orlando for the 2023 Disney Junior Soccer tournament over Thanksgiving weekend. This showcase event promises national competition, top-notch organization, and unforgettable experiences both on and off the field - all thanks to Disney.
We couldn't be prouder of our team's performance this Fall season. With a remarkable record of 7-1 in Regional League play, becoming Loudoun Premier Champions, and winning matches against GA and ECNL clubs in various tournaments like WAGS, Raleigh Showcase, and Bethesda Premier Cup - they've truly proven their talent.
Coach Ryan Quinn will guide our girls through group stage play against tough competitors such as TopHat, Orlando City, FC Prime, and Girls Force Academy.
Don't miss out on following their journey! Tune into the Disney Junior Soccer Showcase livestream or check out their Instagram page @vavalorfc11gold for updates. Let's cheer them on as they make us proud!“
