Is Barbell Club the right program for you? 

At Halo, our Barbell Club is designed to support members interested in improving in Olympic Weightlifting (Snatch/Clean & Jerk).  We feel that anyone, from all walks of life, should be able to participate. We offer coaching/programming to members of all ability levels.

Our Barbell club can take you, regardless of ability level, to higher levels of proficiency in all things barbell-related.

We provide dedicated facility space and specialized equipment, as well as programming to fit your goals/needs. We also have scheduled training times, which are supervised by a dedicated coach as well.

Barbell Club is the right place for you, if you: – Are new to Olympic Weightlifting, powerlifting, basic barbell training – Are more experienced, but are looking to take your ability to the next level – Considering a start with barbell training Are unsure, but want to try it out.
